Autumn in New York
I ask you: is there anything better than autumn in New York? Yes! Autumn in upstate New York! I love the city, but I also love the country, where I am lucky to have great friends with great country houses (mere miles, coincidentally, from where I went to camp as a kid). We enjoyed crunching through the leaves, hiking mountains, and most of all catching up.
After the country came the city, and a reading at Pete’s Candy Store, more catching up with friends, many, many meals out, a trip to Mystic, CT, a few plays, and walking all around town. Though I’ve never officially lived in NYC, I will always consider it my second home.
